About me: 50-ish, retired from US Coast Guard in 1996 as a Chief Warrant Officer (Electronics). Grew up in Esopus, schooled in New Paltz, now living in Stone Ridge. Did odd jobs after retirement (including a stint in IBM's ASTC clean room), then used my GI Bill at SUNY Ulster and got my CCNA. I do SOHO support part time and a bunch of volunteer stuff. Interests: Computers (obviously!), building construction, photography, bicycling, transcribing phonograph records to digital media.
